When travelling in the Arctic, there’s a bit more to do than clicking ‘purchase’.

Once you confirm interest in a tour, we have you fill out a request reservation form which gives us a bit of information so we can confirm that you and your travelling partners are physically able to participate. Going up North can be strenuous, and we want to make sure that your safari is enjoyable and safe.

Once you are confirmed, we send you an invoice which will reflect the necessary deposit to reserve your spots on the tour. Reservations made for 2026 tours, before Jan. 1, 2026, require a 20% deposit. Reservations made after Jan. 1, 2026 require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the start date of your tour.
